Love Washington Street! I got my first car in 2016 from WSM and was so impressed with the customer service I received from Justin. I got a 2014 Ford Fusion and they made sure my car was decked out with new tires and new brakes before I drove it off the lot. I’ve used Washington Street exclusively since getting my car from them. That car never gave me any trouble either! The only “big” issue was fixing the breaks after they wore down from use and patching up a tire when it got a leak. Washington Street was able to help me with both of those fixes too! Unfortunately I got into an accident which rendered my 2014 fusion a total loss and the first place I went looking for new cars was Washington Street. I trust them and I know that I’ll be taken care of by them. Today I just picked up my new 2017 Ford Fusion and again I received amazing customer service from Justin and Chris. They put no pressure on me to buy a car and let me look around at the cars as I pleased. They were super helpful in making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable and ready for my purchase. I go to Washington Street for all my car related needs and when I need recommendations they have those too! Love this place! I’m definitely a customer for life and recommend them to all my friends and family! Seriously go take a look I’m certain you won’t be disappointed!!! More

1’st Class For some reason I always thought it was better to buy a car at a bigger dealership. I was totally wrong. These guys are top notch. Total transparency in what they are doing and in my option a honest love for the car business not a love for the commission. Chris left his home at 9:30pm on Memorial Day to open the shop and show us a car we fell in love with. I only wish I had more money to come back and do it again. The Swiss set their watches to Washington Motors precision. More
