He was very friendly, he kept me up to date on what was going on with the Jeep, and what needed to fixed or replaced and made it happen. He answered all the questioned i asked. when we arrived into dallas we were picked up at the airport drove to the dealership and bam there was the vehicle waiting for us clean and ready to go.
