Love this place. I take my car here for regular maintenance. When I need a loaner car (because I know a lot of work will be needed) they have one ready for me when I take my car here for regular maintenance. When I need a loaner car (because I know a lot of work will be needed) they have one ready for me when I schedule it out. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. There was zero communication, you had my car for over three weeks for a diagnostic, and when I got my car back it was covered in l with a dealership. Installed incorrect oil filter in my BMW, caused major problems. I made it three miles before I had to shut my car off. I waited an hour in a parking lot for them to send a service foreman. Once he arrive problems. I made it three miles before I had to shut my car off. I waited an hour in a parking lot for them to send a service foreman. Once he arrived, he discovered the problem and said it was glaringly obvious. I called the Head of Service multiple times before connecting (never received a call back). There was no accountability. No offer to make it right, no offer to check my car for damage. They just said sorry it was human error. I will never return to this dealership - the lack of actual service was appalling. More

best bmw dealership! ! All the service people there are realy nice and helpful! Danny, the service manager is awesome!! (I go in quite a bit because I have an old bmw.) ! All the service people there are realy nice and helpful! Danny, the service manager is awesome!! (I go in quite a bit because I have an old bmw.) Not to mention they are ethical and can be trusted. Danny keeps telling me not to put any more money into my very OLD bmw! LOL now that's honest! I had gone to a independant (cheaper) mechanic and he tried to sell me brakes. When I went to SM BMW, they said I don't need brakes! For me, finding a mechanic that you can trust is a lot, these days. More

Efficient checking for an oil change (I was in and out in 5 minutes). Kept me informed of the service and check by text and video and then pickup which also was smooth and fast.
