Did not perform the multi point inspection they were supposed to. I definitely have mixed feelings about the dealership. I was assigned to Chris, who quoted me with almost 6k in repairs, I asked if they could check again, it was said that’s what was needed. I refused to I was assigned to Chris, who quoted me with almost 6k in repairs, I asked if they could check again, it was said that’s what was needed. I refused to pay it because I thought it was just too much. When picking up the car, Alex quoted me half of that and it ended up being not even $300. The problem that Chris said it had, was non existent. What had happened if I hadn’t refused? I would’ve spent a fortune on something it didn’t need, Alex doubled check because he’s an incredible person but still, they could have changed a perfectly fine part in my car. So that being said… you guys make your own conclusions. More
