I also saw Ty, my sales advisor who sold me my current car and he recognized me, remembered my car, and engaged in conversation remembering details about our conversation during my sales experience that blew me away. Overall, amazing customer service! I also want to make note that Chris, in finance has been helping me for nearly a month with a tedious gap insurance claim and I can’t speak highly enough with how helpful he’s been. The staff at Napleton Kia of Fishers truly go above and beyond. More
