My husband and I, along with our daughter and her best friend, drove from Orange County, California to Scottsdale because we believed we found just th My husband and I, along with our daughter and her best friend, drove from Orange County, California to Scottsdale because we believed we found just the right car at the right price. Boy, were we pleased with our decision! The long drive was so worth it, as we were well taken care of. James put together our preliminary loan application and when we got to the dealership we immediately were swept off to test drive the car. Chris entertained us, along with the girls, beginning with the test drive and throughout our time at the dealership. The girls had great things to say about the dealership personnel who sat with them periodically while watching the World Cup, offering refreshments as they waited. Dustin, in Finance had all our paperwork ready for us and we were in and out of his office within minutes. Our previous experience with a dealership in Orange County was one of distrust as they lied to the bank through changing information on our loan application. At CBB, we knew all our information was accurately and truthfully sent to the bank as they verified all information my husband and I gave them. I highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer for their inventory of great certified cars as well as the family friendly, trustworthy, and outstanding service.
