Every person we have had contact with has exhibited first class customer service. They were not just trying to sell us a car, but trying to sell the right car for us. Once we decided on the car we wanted, the process was so quick and easy it was almost hard to believe. There is nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for hours bargaining over the price. With CBB we walked in signed the papers and were on the road in half an hour. I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer and especially Chris Nall and Chris Barone. More

They told me several times that the truck is flawless and that the price is firm. Then they dropped the price and the sales manager didn't even know about it so he was still quoting me the higher price and that it was firm. I still grabbed the check from my bank and drove over there to check this "flawless" truck out only to discover it was smoked in very very heavily. The smell was horrible. Then upon further inspection found scratches and scrapes in several places on the bed, mirrors, and rims. It's no wonder the truck has been there for 60+ days. I am very disappointed that this information was not passed on. If your looking for a lambo or luxury car this place may be ok but I feel like other sales are treated as filler. They have several positive reviews so please judge for yourself but go and look very close at the car before you buy. The firm price they offer is high book so can be beat pretty easily with a little looking around. More

We made an email enquiry last Thursday and promptly received a generic response followed immediately by a well written and professional email from Chris. We made arrangements to drive to Scottsdale on Saturday. We arrived at the dealership about 11:30 AM and were on the way back to Sedona by 1:00 PM. In just over 90 minutes, we were warmly received, took a test drive, negotiated terms, had our credit checked, processed paperwork, had temporary tags installed and waved goodbye as we drove away in our gently used LR4. We were very pleased with Chris and were happy to be his first sale of March. We were also impressed with Jeff's efficiency in dispatching with the necessary paperwork and were happy to be his first transaction in his brand new capacity! More

Chris worked with me over a couple months to identify the car that best fit my needs expressed, and made the process of replacing a company vehicle fun and easy. He understood my needs so well, that when I did come in to test drive a few I selected from their online inventory he actually pulled up a better one I had overlooked to compare as well. The dealership allowed me to do an extended test drive, and then when I came in to finalize the purchase they had gathered enough information from my first visit, with little follow-up by phone, to ensure I was handled very quickly. I was able to make my purchase after work and still be home for dinner with my family. Everyone was very friendly onsite and I feel comfortable that if I have an issue in the future with maintenance or otherwise it will be dealt with in the same timely, efficient manner in which my purchase was made. Thank you Chris and the whole team there for making this purchase an enjoyable experience! More

Hands down the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Chris Nall was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We were in and out with our 2011 BMW 335i in under 2 hours!!...try that at another dealership. I give CBB my highest recommendation. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the staff at CBB.
