He understood my needs so well, that when I did come in to test drive a few I selected from their online inventory he actually pulled up a better one I had overlooked to compare as well. The dealership allowed me to do an extended test drive, and then when I came in to finalize the purchase they had gathered enough information from my first visit, with little follow-up by phone, to ensure I was handled very quickly. I was able to make my purchase after work and still be home for dinner with my family. Everyone was very friendly onsite and I feel comfortable that if I have an issue in the future with maintenance or otherwise it will be dealt with in the same timely, efficient manner in which my purchase was made.
