I have had good, bad and ugly dealings with dealerships in the past. The experience I had with Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, was easily the best to date. Everyone I spoke to was up-beat and pl in the past. The experience I had with Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, was easily the best to date. Everyone I spoke to was up-beat and pleasant. The sales staff (Chris Nall in particular) is not pushy or fake. My wife and I were treated well and not pressured at all. We knew what we wanted, and no one tried to sell us something we didn't need, or want. We actually ended up buying the exact used vehicle we had intended to. To top the entire experience off, we didn't have to spend an entire day waiting or negotiating. Our Finance Manager (Tracey), was very helpful, informative and no-noncense. Dealings with the staff after the sale has been awesome as well. We actually ran across our saleman (Chris) at the gas station the next day. He went out of his way to see how we were, and if we were happy with our purchase (which we are!). The whole experience was painless. In fact, I would go so far as to say, enjoyable! More
