The Westside family has always treated us with care. I have not met anyone at Westside who hasn’t greeted me with a smile and asked me what they can do to assist me. There are several Westside members that I have been working with for a long time. I still deal with the same sales person I dealt with in 1994! My current sales person has sold or leased me five RXs since 2001. He knows me and my family and we regularly communicate about our respective “news”. I enjoy visiting Westside Lexus, the showroom and the service center. More

Very responsive! Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required b Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. I recommend this service center to everyone I know who has a Lexus, regardless of where they purchased it. The waiting area always has water and coffee available -- a very big PLUS! More

Review of 45,000 mile check up I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait f I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait for the service advisor. The service Advisor saw me at the appointed time and reviewed the work to be done. The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine. More

VERY HELPFUL Outstanding. I had an address issue with the vehicle lease as I was trying to use a PO Box. The finance guys and sales staff worked through several Outstanding.
