I need to start off by saying I’m a Chief Financial Officer for a large Auto Group in NJ. My level of expectation is high. Lexus of Orange County Exceeded it in their Service Department. From the moment you pull into their Service drive you get greeted and taken care of immediately. What blew me away was the video from the Technician. He introduced himself. Showed me what he did and went over my whole car, from the measurement of my brakes and tires and showed me my how whole under carriage and how dirty my cabin air filter was. There has never been pressure to purchase something. The video took away the fear of them trying to upswell something to me I didn’t need. I highly recommend them for service on your Lexus. The Service Manager greeted me, Service writer was phenomenal. Great job Lexus of Orange County. You nailed it on Customer Service. More

Went in for my 10k service. Everyone was courteous and professional. Quickly got me in to a liane and sent me a video walk through of the service as it was happening.
