From the very beginning he provided a clear and accurate estimate of the vehicle’s cost and explained everything transparently. There were no surprises and absolutely no pressure to purchase add-ons or products I did not want. The process was smooth and efficient, including the transition to the finance office. Chris was extremely generous with his time and very patient with us. As customers who are not youngsters, we appreciated that he took the time to answer every question and made sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the process. We had numerous test drive sessions with several cars and Chris was never in a hurry or rushed us. Car buying can sometimes be stressful, but Chris made the entire experience easy, professional, and genuinely pleasant.
