Fantastic Attention to Customers! A big 5 stars! I arrived at 6 P.M. and was greeted by Chris OIiva. We have purchased four vehicles from Universal Nissan now and we have always had A big 5 stars! I arrived at 6 P.M. and was greeted by Chris OIiva. We have purchased four vehicles from Universal Nissan now and we have always had a great experience. I was out of there by 9 P.M. with a brand new car and happier than I could ever be! Chris Oliva sat down with me and my family since we got there and we went one step at a time. Making sure that we got all of the correct information. After this, he took us out to the lot to see what car I'd like and he made sure to tailor my wants to the perfect car match for me. I never felt rushed or like I was being deceived (like you do with other dealerships) and just felt a sense of confidence that I was going to walk out of there with the best deal possible. All of the staff we dealt with were polite and great! I recommend Universal Nissan to everyone I know. Their attention to the customers concerns/wants/needs is unlike any I've experienced elsewhere. From the moment me and my family walked in the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. All the employees at Universal Nissan greeted me and my family when not dealing directly with my salesman. My salesman, Chris Oliva, went above and beyond to ensure me and my family got into the right vehicle for the right price both times. My recent purchase of a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder was a great experience and Chris made sure the price of the vehicle and the monthly payments would work for me and my family. the new addition of the food area is a great addition to the dealership while you wait. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Universal Nissan, from the staff, to the prices and deals offered, I would not purchase a vehicle from any other dealership. Any future purchases will be from Universal Nissan and I will refer any family and friends looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to Universal Nissan. More

Bad Situation Turned Great! I had purchased a 2102 Nissan Sentra back in August of 2013. The car seemed to have minor alarm system issues but nothing serious. The car stopped run I had purchased a 2102 Nissan Sentra back in August of 2013. The car seemed to have minor alarm system issues but nothing serious. The car stopped running in May of 2014. It turned out to be the BCM. The BCM caused a chain reaction when replaced a blew out a few more things. Hector from the Service department was very patient with me as he knew I was very upset that most of the parts were not under warranty. He said he would work with me and keep me posted during their search for the issues. He did just that...he was very responsive and straight forward with the situation. The cost for the repairs kept piling up as they problems grew. Hector asked me who did I purchase the car with and I told him Chris Oliva. He spoke with Chris and in about an hour Chris called and told me he was going to help me get out of that car and into a new car. Chris did exactly as he said he would do. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Nissan Sentra - Black. I have never in my years of driving ever have a brand new car. It is a great feeling. What I thought was going to be the worst situation turned out to be a great situation!! Since my purchase on 05/31/14 Chris has called me to ask how everything was going with the car. I told him "GREAT"!! I LOVE IT!! Hector was out on the Friday when I was called by whom I believe was Victor to tell me the bad news about the cost of the repairs and their fear of others electrical parts damaging. So just a few days ago Hector called me to ask if I had picked up my 2012 Sentra. I told him no I traded it in for a 2014 Sentra. He was very happy that I was able to get that taken care of. Thank you Universal Nissan! More

Chris Oliva was amazing. He worked magic and always kept us informed of what was going on. He knew everything about the Nissan Rogue and gave us whole tour and e was amazing. He had a lot of patience as we decided what we wanted and made our choices between colors and type of vehicle. I worked with Chris Oliva an Eduardo Del Rio in the process of buying a used car. It was my first car purchase and a very stressful situation and both Chris and Eduardo went above and beyond to make me process of buying a used car. It was my first car purchase and a very stressful situation and both Chris and Eduardo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I never had the feeling that anyone in the dealership was pressuring me to buy a car I didn't want (the fear everyone has when they go to buy a car) and I walked away with a car that I love.
