Chris Ollar, our sales rep went out of his way to "go to bat" for my mother. And, sales manager, Chris Lomardo, was equally supportive and caring - he was flexible and respectful with our negotiation. They both recognized my mother is a senior with a limited income. Robert, another sales associate who was not even dealing with us went out of his way to be friendly and caring - offering my mother a sandwich and cookies. The gesture was much appreciated. Dawn in finance was extremely efficient, friendly and professional... it was not the usual long, painstaking process I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. We appreciate the top-notch attention and service we got from Metro Toyota and team and highly recommend them to others.
