Great Sales staff listens to your needs I was looking to lease a new 2020 RAV 4 , as my 2017 RAV 4 lease was ending. After numerous calls with my old dealer left me exasperated I contacted Cleveland Metro Toyota. A very pleasant lady named Suzy answered the call for me. I expressed my concerns with coming onsite to look at and negotiate pricing due to COVD-19 and my health issues. Suzy was awesome!!! She was able to get me my RAV 4 for less money than I anticipated. Together with Chris Ollar they were able to streamline the sale and turnover, so that very little time was spent in the dealership. Great job by everyone at Metro!!!! More
