My recent encounter wasn't just a letdown; it was a masterclass in deception and outright fraud, leaving me with no doubt that these practices are deeply ingrained in their operation. From my very first interaction, it was clear that Victory Mitsubishi runs a tight ship of deceit. Their sales representatives, whether on the phone or in person, acted in concert, spinning a web of inconsistencies and outright falsehoods. Advertised prices were nothing more than bait-and-switch tactics, dissolving into thin air the moment I stepped onto the lot. Vehicles I was assured were available were suddenly "Not available," conveniently paving the way for aggressive attempts to upsell me on far more expensive options. This wasn't just a mistake; it felt like a calculated strategy they've been doing for ages. Their phone support, though superficially polite, was a well-oiled machine for misinformation, not genuine assistance. I received written confirmations of pricing and availability, only to have them brazenly denied or rescinded the moment I arrived. When I dared to voice my concerns about their blatant dishonesty, I was met with a spectrum of responses ranging from cowardly avoidance and blame-shifting to outright, unapologetic contradictions. It was infuriating to be so clearly misled. My biggest regret, my true undoing, was failing to check their reviews before walking into this charade. Had I done my due diligence, I would have seen the overwhelming evidence of their fraudulent dealings and spared myself one of the most frustrating, costly, and utterly regrettable experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone - buying a car - was twisted into a stressful and financially draining nightmare by their deceptive practices. Don't fall victim to the deception and lies that permeate every aspect of their business. The sales representatives gave me names that don’t match any listed on this site, which raises serious concerns about their transparency. More

The vast majority of the 5 star ratings are fictitious, made by the employees, as is this 'dealership', a scam. Drove 4hrs to this dealership after having an appointment and having steady communication with the dealership for a week straight. Emails, Texts, Calls the day before and the day of making sure the car was ready and available and I even called when I was 30 mins away to double check and was told "Yes, we still have the car I'm looking at it right now through the dealership window". I get there and wait about 25-35 minutes for a sales representative and then we start talking numbers on the car and then I ask to go see it and the sales rep went to "go locate it in the lot" and then came back after 5 mins (He never went outside just talked to his "GM" the whole time) and he returned and told me the car has been in a separate mechanic shop since they got it and isn't available yet. He then tried to pressure me into getting a different car for double the price and when I declined, he got very agitated. Stay Far, Far away from this bait and switch scamming dealership. More

WEBSITE INTERNET PRICING SCAM! A vehicle was listed on their website for a certain price. I inquired about the vehicle and asked if there were any hidden fees and was told, No, th A vehicle was listed on their website for a certain price. I inquired about the vehicle and asked if there were any hidden fees and was told, No, the price is the price. There will only be normal fees such as taxes, registration, title, etc. and the internet price, is the internet price, by Shania. I scheduled an appointment, to view the car and pleaded with her for the truth because I was driving from West Jersey to the Bronx. She assured me the listed price, was the price. When I arrived, at the dealership, I met with salesman Mike and said, "before we get started, are there any hidden fees, because son had just gone through something similar." He nervously responded, "There are no hidden fees." After viewing and liking the car I agreed to purchase it. Chris the sales manager came over and I asked what price we could negotiate. He exclaimed, "there's no room to come down." I asked for the final price and he said $28,000+ because of all the extra fees that I asked about several times earlier. The car was listed as $20, 300. They wanted 8K more than the list price. I told them Shania said there were no hidden fees and he responded, "you should have asked a salesman, she doesn't know, she only answers the phone." I said I asked Mike, the salesman, in the beginning and he said there were no hidden fees. Liars! False advertising! Scam! Just to get you there, no matter how far you have to travel. The salesman was very nervous when I questioned the fees, he knew it was a lie. I could see how uncomfortable he was throughout the whole process. I do not blame him, I blame Victory's shady business sales/marketing practices. Being a firefighter, the salesman said they could offer a discount, but the manager said NO, he could not offer a discount, after raising the price significantly. DO NOT fall for their scams! If they would have been honest from the beginning and didn't have me drive all the way there I wouldn't have left a review at all. More
