Very polite service department. They didn’t have my airbag in but he was kind enough to have someone go to another dealership so they could get it fixed for me, Chris Parisi was very helpful. airbag in but he was kind enough to have someone go to another dealership so they could get it fixed for me, Chris Parisi was very helpful. I haven’t needed much work done on my 2017 Acadia. Today was the first time in quite a while. The Service department did a great job and kept me informed all along the way. was the first time in quite a while. The Service department did a great job and kept me informed all along the way. More

Chris Parisi is great to work with. Took care of the issues I had with my Enclave. Set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. I had to call him for an update about six hours after I brought the car in and he had no information for me. When he called back he spoke to my husband and was much more friendly to him. He indicated the car would be ready in a half hour. When I arrived 45 minutes later, I had to wait for my car. Finally, I was told it was ready, out back. When I went to look for my car, it wasn't there. After walking around for a while, another employee said he would find the car for me. A few minutes later my service consultant brought out my car from the back. He did apologize for not knowing the location of my car. Overall, my first experience with AH Buick GMC was mediocre. More

I was quickly greeted and taken care of for my service appointment. I was asked what I'd like to do while I wait for the service completion. This was a very frustrating service visit. Apparently, the dealership recently decided not to have loaners and now have a rental car service. I waited 45 minutes for the rental to arrive and then had to the dealership recently decided not to have loaners and now have a rental car service. I waited 45 minutes for the rental to arrive and then had to spend another 15 in an office for them to process paperwork. When I made my service appointment, I was quoted a different rental rate than what I was going to be charged. The the woman representing the rental car service argued with me and kept making excuses about why this occurred (it's a new service and the customer service reps at the dealership don't know the rental car prices???) before finally agreeing to revise the rental amount. Chris Parisi was VERY inexperienced. I have a Platinum extended GMC warranty and he called me with a list of repairs, totally over $2,000. He didn't even call the warranty company first to find out what would be covered and then when I questioned this, he told me the warranty typically does not cover ball joints. I called the warranty company myself and the representative told me he approves ball bearings and joints on a daily basis, but the dealership did not provide any information other than telling them they are loose when they were asking for tolerance information and photos. Finally, Chris called me and told me this was an approved warranty repair (which I already knew after calling myself). Then I picked up my car and noticed on the invoice that my truck also had an oil leak repaired, which I was never notified of (luckily it was another warranty repair). The invoice provided was VERY confusing. It did not break out the costs for what we were responsible for versus the warranty repairs. Labor, supplies, everything was lumped in together. When we questioned the figures, Chris could not offer an explanation and just said he would take off $50. We had to press this issue before we finally got an explanation and breakdown of costs and it turns out we were being overcharged! I've been going to this dealership for a few years and have to say this was the most aggravating visit I have had. More
