Went in for my 2nd oil change since I bought the car, also at the same dealership. Had Chris as my service advisor, again, so I know it'll be a good experience. While checking in, he patiently answered a few questions I had regarding the blind spot detection sensor operation to ease my concerns. They have a working area with table and comfortable office chairs so I could get some work done while waiting there. This makes it feasible for me to come in on weekdays, which is great. Everything went smoothly with the oil change and got the complimentary car wash when it's done. Will be coming back for my future service needs. More

Chris Parisi took excellent care of me, going above board to be sure I was taken care of. I did not want a loaner car so he arranged for an Uber to take me home and delivered my car back to me when the work to be sure I was taken care of.
