We were greeted on the lot by Chris and He took us through The different models, we test drove a few, and then made our decision. The sales process then went into the standard dealmaking. Chris was not overbearing, or did he ever use any annoying sales tactics. It was a pretty simple process from the beginning to the end. Chris did a great job. Overall his technical ability in answering the questions, his undivided attention with us during the process, and then getting the vehicle into our hands really was a delightful process. More

He was extremely pleasant, patient, and not pushy at I purchased a new 2018 Macan GTS from Porsche Chandler. Chris P. was my salesman, from the start. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and not pushy at all. He provided the basics of the car, answered all of my questions, and let me test drive; as opposed, to talking at me the entire drive. He was patient with my struggles between which car to purchase and my desire to test drive multiple cars. Furthermore, he worked with pricing on a similar vechile in Tucson. After the sale, Chris thoroughly ran through everything in the car with us. We were at the dealership significantly past close, but Chris remained thorough and patient. I have had horrible experiences at other Porsche dealers in the valley, as the sales people have been rude and extremely judgemental. My husband and myself are so grateful we made the extra long drive to Chandler. In addition, Ginger, in finance, was so sweet and provided us with multiple options and was not pushy to upsell anything. We will be returning to Porsche Chandler for future sales.
