First of all, the Porsche dealership was spotless including the service floor. The receptionist was very professional and I have an increased respect for the Porsche brand. Chris handled everything perfectly, and was very patient with our six-year-old daughter during the sales process and our test drive. Scott and I connected over email a couple days before I came and he came over and introduced himself and connected with my family. I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. Ginger who handled our paperwork was so very friendly and professional and treated us like we were friends. I can't say enough about the team I worked with at this dealership. More

Mike was well informed about every aspect of the car and even helped me look at not only the car I was replacing (Porsche Macan S) with another Macan GTS that I was contemplating to help me be informed about my choices and my trade offs. Chris then assisted me with gathering all of my information so that when I arrived at the dealership my car was prepared, my trade in was evaluated, and Finance just needed to have me go through one of the cleanest paper work signings I have had in the last 6 cars that I have purchased (LOVE the computer signing and the paperwork validation). Fair/Honest/Real... When I spoke on the phone with both Mike and Chris, I was very clear that I didn't want to play games. That was the easiest way for me to just say no to a new car. Every step was a real cost on the car, an honest evaluation of my trade in and they treated me fairly. It IS a Porsche. Someone once asked me why I loved my Porsche so much. First, it is just a pure pleasure to drive. Second, the service that you get when owning a Porsche is 5 star every step of the way. But, Porsche Chandler adds in so much more to the relationship. From answering the smallest question on the phone and running back to my former car to validate the tint colors on my window to just making sure that I am welcome as I drive into their Air Conditioned bay, you know that you are a person that they care about making sure every aspect of your experience is to bring you joy with your car.
