Double trade-in and new Panamera! I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Pauken on the trade-in of 2 of my vehicles for a brand new Panamera. Chris was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and service-oriented when my wife and I visited Porsche Chandler on two occasions in January. He gave us his utmost attention, alleviated any concerns we had, and was extremely informative. Once I purchased the Panamera, I reached out to Chris a few days later on a Navigation issue I had. Turns out it happened to be Chris's day off. That did not stop him from making sure this issue was quickly resolved as he coordinated with others in the Service Department and, by 9am on his day off, we had a plan of attack. By 2pm that day they had driven up to my office, left me a Macan loaner, taken my vehicle back to service, quickly connected me with Porsche Connect (turns out the issue was that I had not connected to their Porsche system), and had my vehicle back to me. Our whole experience at Porsche Chandler has been top notch, most notably with Chris Pauken and Ginger D'Anna in the Finance department. What a great group of folks, my wife and I would highly recommend any potential buyer to seek them out! More

When we visited again for the open house we were blown away by the quality of materials used in construction and the amazing design. The owner and all his administrative, sales and service personnel were friendly and welcoming. We have since been to the dealership many times looking at various cars and attending events they sponsor, including events of the Arizona Region's Porsche Club. We had looked for a Panamera at another Porsche dealership, however, they did have any certified Panameras in which we were interested. In looking at PCNA's website, Porsche Chandler had several vehicles that were possibilities. So, we drove down to the dealership this past Monday, January 22 and had a very positive experience. We purchased, a 2016 Porsche Panamera 4 from Chris Pauken. He is very knowledgible about Porsches, in general, and specifically Panameras (the model we were interested in buying.) My husband I both took test drives and our purchase discussion with Chris was without pressure. We feel we got a good deal and the dealership was pleased as well. Chris thoroughly explained the operation of the vehicle and emphasized that if we had questions at any time to please give him a call. Ginger D'Anna handled the paperwork with confidence and made it an easy process. Her positive personality added to the experience. Both Chris and Ginger called us a few days later to inquire how we were doing with our new car. We are taking the car back next week to have the clear bra installed and the windows tinted and should we come up with questions about the operation of the features of the vehicle, I know Chris will be there to tutor us! We would definitely come back to Porsche Chandler and Chris Pauken to purchase another vehicle in the future! More

Amazing people to work with I had talked to Chris Pauken a few times over email about a few cars, but found a CPO GTS in manual that looked amazing. We went back and forth on a few emails wanting to make sure the deal would be agreeable before I go in there and we reached one. Went in there, took the car for a test drive and loved it. Chris always took the time to answer any questions even before inquiring on this specific car. Ginger helped put everything together and dealt with PFS personally to make sure we could get the deal that was on the paperwork (we actually came in less than what was quoted!). We had some issues with another bank showing my previous car was paid off, but she took care of it and made the transition incredibly easy. This might not be as big as the dealership in Scottsdale, but everyone there is great to work with and they have a great selection of cars and the pricing is better! More

He showed us the inventory on site, suggested a few cars, and took each of us on a test drive. He explained the process of having a car built to order and gave us a projected delivery date. However, the silver Boxster on the lot was just right. Working with Ginger for payment was also pleasant and easy. There isn't any reason to go anywhere else. More

Excellent online car buying experience! My OCD got the best of me and I decided to try to buy my birthday (May) car early if I make a deal on the car I had in my sights. Porsche Chandler is My OCD got the best of me and I decided to try to buy my birthday (May) car early if I make a deal on the car I had in my sights. Porsche Chandler is about an 8-hour drive and I felt it was within range to drive down, drop off my trade-in and pick up the new car if we agreed on a price. With financing in hand I started the process of negotiating via email. Knowing I was anxious to buy, but also jumping the gun on my birthday present. It was exciting and fun to work the negotiations without sitting in the showroom with the car in the background prompting me to spend more money than I budgeted. We agreed on a price, Chris sent me the Purchase Agreement which I signed and returned, made arrangements to drive down the following Friday and complete the transaction. Arrived at Chandler Porsche around 2:00 PM for them to check out my trade-in and inspect my new ride. It was already staged and ready to go. Was on the road home by 4:00 PM with the top down and very excited and happy with the whole experience. More
