Everyone was very responsive on email and text and the best part was the ease of pick up once the car arrived. It was a quick and efficient processes. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and generous, always with a smile on their faces. Ginger made the paperwork process fun (if that is possible) and Adam was very kind in helping me with understanding some of the technology in the car. Our only complaint at all is that the car came with a tow package, yet it doesn't come with the entire package! We spend several hours researching where to purchase the additional parts we needed to complete the tow package. Come on, Porsche, you are a class act; you need to fix this issue. In my research online, I found this to be a recurring source of irritation with Porsche owners who bought cars with a tow package. We expect more from you. Don't put your sales team or service team in the position of apologizing for this shortfall. It's a Leadership issue. Fix it. More
