Excellent purchasing experience I've never encountered such a superb auto buying environment. The staff are tremendous--my sales advisor Chris was efficient, friendly, and deeply kn I've never encountered such a superb auto buying environment. The staff are tremendous--my sales advisor Chris was efficient, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable, He made purchasing my new Macan Turbo fun which was flabbergasting in relation to all my prior auto shopping experience. The other staff members I worked with were also tremendous--Nick in finance, Gene in parts, and the many other staff that I was introduced to (sales manager, service advisor, on & on). There's something totally unique about the atmosphere at this Porsche dealership--I believe it's because it's essentially family owned & you are not dealing with a part of a giant corporation of dealerships. Folks here are calm, seem to be enjoying themselves in their roles, and there's not a hint of the pretense one encounters at other higher-end dealerships. Below I'm asked if I was left alone for more than 5 minutes during the purchase process. I am delighted to select yes because I wanted to have some time on my own periodically & the best part was that I didn't even have to ask. Chris just intuitively knew when I wanted some space Chris is a consummate professional. and I can't recommend him highly enough--if you want to even consider buying a Porsche this is a man to see. More

However, the folks at Porsche Chandler were extremely nice and made the car buying experience very very easy. There was no pressure to purchase and I didn't sit there long hours playing the typical car buying game. In the end I walked out with a great deal and a great luxury car that I absolutely love. I want to thank my brand ambassador Chris Pauken for making things extremely easy and for being a great salesperson. I also want to thank Manager Steve Rotonda, and Ginger D'Anna in finance for being easy to work with and being very patient through the process.
