Now the person who has you sign all the paperwork at the time of purchase is really HORR with - especially James Creguer! Definitely 5 stars for him! Now the person who has you sign all the paperwork at the time of purchase is really HORRIBLE!!!!. If you decline the additional warrantee package, be prepared to have him insult and belittle you for the remainder of the time you're with him!!!! No exaggeration - Chris Ramirez is the WORST! We would have given 5 stars for the dealership if it wasn't for him. More
