I've been a loyal Temecula Hyundai customer for over 10 years, and experiences like my recent 7,500-mile service are exactly why I keep coming back! My service advisor, Hayden, was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and thorough. He took the time to understand the purpose of my visit, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the service. What really impressed me was his attention to detail. Once my car was ready, Hayden personally came to find me in the waiting lobby. My car had already been washed and was waiting outside, ready to go. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away. That's what I call excellent customer service! Hayden also went above and beyond by pointing out some tire wear I should consider addressing in the near future. Rather than simply recommending replacements, he took the time to show me a tire promotion the dealership was offering. To my surprise, the price for a complete set of new tires, installed, was significantly lower than several tire shops I'd already researched. I genuinely appreciated his honesty, helpfulness, and proactive approach. I've purchased several vehicles from Temecula Hyundai over the years and have consistently trusted their service department with all of them. General Manager Brad Canon has also been wonderful, and it's clear that great customer service starts with leadership and carries through the entire team. After more than a decade of doing business here, I can confidently say that Temecula Hyundai continues to earn my loyalty. It's not just about selling cars or performing maintenance. Huge shout out and fist bump to Pedro for making it happen!! And to finish it off, our finance guy Chris was equally as awesome!! Not pushy on the upsales they're required to go over, efficient with the paperwork, and super friendly. Bottom line is this...if you're looking to get into a new or used Hyundai you gotta go see these guys at Temecula Hyundai! They are hands down the best dealership I've EVER had the pleasure of dealing with! Very transparent and upfront and they seem to genuinely care about getting you the best deal possible.
