Kevin was my salesman, great to deal with. I had the truck 2 days and the heat wasn't working, took it back and told them don't call me until it's fixed. I get the call to pick it up just to be told "we have to charge you something for this". It was there mistake, not sure why i had to pay. Making the hour drive home (for the second time) and the service engine light comes on. Needless to say, it hasn't went back yet but who knows what they'll "want to charge me this time". Every dealer I've ever dealt with makes sure you always leave with a full tank of fuel and clean vehicle. Both times, truck on E and dirty. Be cautious using this dealship and check out every detail of the vehicle your purchasing because clearly they don't.

Jacob, I'm sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase of the 2014 Ram 2500 with 105k miles. When you came in, NAVY Federal had you approved at 13%. We were able to get your interest rate down to 9%. When you called after buying your truck that the heat wasn't blowing real hot, we immediately had you speak to the shop and scheduled to get it in. Since the shop only flushed the heater core and the radiator, the service was $119.99 The deductible for your service contract was $100. We discounted your bill to $10.65 because we are required by law to charge you something if its not covered under warranty or by the service contract you purchased. When you bought the truck, it had at least 1/4 of a tank and when you dropped it back off for service, the low fuel light was on. Prior to you picking it back up, we put $15 in it to get it back up to 1/4 of a tank for you. It seems that you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, bring it back in the same condition as we sold it to you within 48 hours and I'll buy it back. Thanks, ROBERT 330-430-0000
