Our visit to Ohio Auto Warehouse was excellent! From our salesman “Aerion” to the financier “Brian”, everyone was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. We had to have the Heads Up display f From our salesman “Aerion” to the financier “Brian”, everyone was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. We had to have the Heads Up display fixed and “Omar” made sure everything went smooth. This was the best car purchasing experience of my life and I have been driving for 44 years! Great job guys!!! Overall great selection and staff was friendly and helpful. Late Saturday purchase so things got rough to get done had to take truck home to the war department for the ok as I entered the house the do helpful. Had to replace a fuse on trailer plug, Brian thought I kidnapped his worker what a great day. More

Kevin was my salesman, great to deal with. I had the truck 2 days and the heat wasn't working, took it back and told them don't call me until it's fixed. I get the call to pick it up just to be told "we truck 2 days and the heat wasn't working, took it back and told them don't call me until it's fixed. I get the call to pick it up just to be told "we have to charge you something for this". It was there mistake, not sure why i had to pay. Making the hour drive home (for the second time) and the service engine light comes on. Needless to say, it hasn't went back yet but who knows what they'll "want to charge me this time". Every dealer I've ever dealt with makes sure you always leave with a full tank of fuel and clean vehicle. Both times, truck on E and dirty. Be cautious using this dealship and check out every detail of the vehicle your purchasing because clearly they don't. More
