My sales person, Storm Santana, was great to work with. Very easy going and helpful. The sales manager, Christopher Ranucci, was direct and knowledgeable. I did not go in with the intention of leaving with a new vehicle but they were very willing to deal and had the exact car I was interested in. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

The Salesman was very friendly courteous. He went above what he needed to do as he even went to get a damaged vehicle that was trading in out of my place, which don't know why the dealer will risk a sales what he needed to do as he even went to get a damaged vehicle that was trading in out of my place, which don't know why the dealer will risk a sales person that way instead of sending a tow truck to pick. Donna promised full tank of gas on 2 vehicles I bought 2021 and because I answered the survey sent online by them and Nissan with 9 and 10 and not all 10 as they wanted, never heard from her back as she according to her wanted to do a survey over the phone apparently to coach so that I will give all 10's. It doesn't work that way because I have manage several companies and work for a huge global corporation that is way bigger than Nissan and that has been around for over 140 years, and the last you want is for people to be untruthful on their surveys. No company is perfect and problems have to be reported. Sorry if feelings got hurt, but we are not family or close friends, we are conducting a business transaction. According to Donna she was going to be it as I was such a great customer. Typical car dealership personnel that overpromises and does not follow through. Needless to say did not get the full tank of gas and detail on both vehicles as promised. Had to negotiate again with other sales personnel to get some items of accessory to get it over with as don't like to be under promised on business transactions, while taking one of the vehicles back because was sold with damage under the hood again because not inspecting the vehicle thoroughly before handing it to customer and also was missing an exterior part that should have come with the vehicles and these things were pinpointed to sales person before signing agreements and it took several calls for the parts to be ordered and schedule to take care of it (over 2 weeks). The excuse is always that they are very busy, but boohoo, so are all of us and I am the one spending the money at their location on 2 vehicles and have to work very long hours and cannot be calling them constantly to get something that should have been done right away the first time pinpointed. Apparently also they did not like that Nissan corporate took my survey as a negative one because not all 10's. If they want all 10's then they need to have personnel that are detail oriented, follow through fast and come through with all promises that come out of their mouth. I was not going to even write any review but the last straw was when the office personnel gave me the accessories that for them probably their cost is worth $20 (but apparently my time and inconvenience has no value having to take the vehicle back only 2 weeks after purchasing it), and the person told me that was the last thing they were going to provide as management was done with the sales of the vehicles to me and to enjoy the 2 vehicles (copping an attitude like don't bother us anymore and have a nice life). I do have to give a 5 star the Service Dept staff though, they were accommodating, nice and respectful of my time and even gave the one vehicle that I took in a detail for my inconvenience that I went through but they did that as a courtesy on their own, not that it was coming from the sales dept. More
