Chris was awesome. Completely helpful on the sale and stayed on top of the process after I drove the truck away. Also found Amanda very very helpful and responsive over the course of several conversations. However, did not get my plates and title until after my temporary tag had expired. Based on fact I got a request from Galaxy for a document a couple of weeks after the sale, have to believe at least part of the delay was caused by Galaxy. Fortunately Chris took my calls about where things stood even though it seemed outside his lane and helped keep me in the loop. More
