He was so patient and answered every single question I had with genuine kindness. ​To top it all off, the team actually pushed back their closing time just so I could drive my new vehicle off the lot that same night. That kind of dedication to customer service is hard to find, and I am so grateful for the smooth and thoughtful experience.
