Let me just start off by saying that I have been buying SUVs and my family’s vehicles for years. I have never met such a great group of staff and people like the team at Uftring Nissan. From the initial phone call to the follow up call. They pride themselves on the essence of real customer service. Abe the Sales manager is a true professional in a class of his own. Chris the salesman is the nicest relaxed yet attentive salesperson that one always as a customer hopes to get when going to a car dealer. Which I may add was 3 hours away from Wisconsin where I live. They are dealmakers here at this car dealership not like in my area where they make you go around in circles and plea for better deals. All you have to do is read the other great reviews about Uftring Nissan that others have posted because I sure did. It’s exactly like they say here in the reviews. Great from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this amazing dealer to all my family and friends. Thanks to Uftring Nissan for their hassle less pricing and quality vehicles that I now own the most amazing suv out here. Excellent Customer Service I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have had in a dealership. The customer service is excellent including phone operators, receptionist, sales, business, and service. This is the third car I buy from here and I have always had a great experience working with Chris Rocke, he is professional, helpful, honest, and provides the best customer service. After test-driving the car and expressing interest in it, Chris found me a car in the same day, but I wanted my car to include additional packages. By the next day he found a car with all the packages I wanted, and arranged to bring it to Peoria. Few days later I was driving my perfect car. In addition to Chris, I communicated with Joe, and worked with AJ on finalizing the paperwork, and they all were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I certainly will and have been recommending this dealership. Thank you! More
