The dealership was fine, I was just shocked by the prices
since they were not listed online when making my appointment. I then had to change my plans around and did not end up getting the service I originall

The prices were all displayed on a board at the dealership which is perfect. I just wish I could see that online not a week later when I actually go in to drop off the car.

It would been good to hear from a manager when i asked to talk to one several times through this ordeal. Each time i asked, I should not have to leave a bad review online to speak to someone in charge.

No communication, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Had no idea what was going on with my car. They did not bother to tell me what was wrong
No communication, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Had no idea what was going on with my car. They did not bother to tell me what was wrong or how long it would take until the day it was fixed a week later (warranty issue, they ordered the part and fixed without telling me). When I picked up the car it was nowhere to be found. Walked around the entire lot only for them to tell me it was dead so the key alarm wouldn’t work, and it needed a jump so I couldn’t leave anyway. They told me the day before that I need a new battery soon so I declined getting it from them and would go elsewhere, never addressed the urgency that I needed it NOW. Why bother giving me the keys and let me wander aimlessly knowing it’s dead in a back lot and needed a jump start. Lazy, uncaring workers. This was a second chance visit after another similarly bad experience. Will never return here again.
