There’s always an issue when I come to this location. I do not plan to purchase another KIA in the future. The quality of the cars I’ve purchased over the years has declined along with their service. I always wait hours longer than necessary with an appointment and have to ask for updates. The most recent time I went was a repeat visit because the issue claimed to be fixed was not. This is the third time something like this has happened. I also asked for a car wash which should only take 45 extra minutes. I waited an hour and a half and it still was not done. Very disappointed with every experience. More

This will be long but if you plan to buy from this place, I'd consider reading- If I could leave no stars for this place, I would. I bought a BRAND NEW car from them back in April and I've had nothing but pr I'd consider reading- If I could leave no stars for this place, I would. I bought a BRAND NEW car from them back in April and I've had nothing but problems with it so far that are still unresolved. They make the sale with you and then offer ZERO customer service. You're just a number to them. Brand new car off their lot and before we even left, an inside handle was broken which we asked to have fixed while we were signing papers and came out to having to ask again. Same week the dashboard popped up and the driver outside handle did not work. Bring it in with my newborn baby and sat there for at least 2 hours to only have the dash fixed. They said they fixed the handle too but I told them it was not. ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY AND MAKE THE OFFICE DOCUMENT IT ALL BECAUSE THEY DONT. They had to order a piece for it. Before I left I mentioned a mark that looked like it needed to be buffed out and the Service Manager sat there and told me it was a "paint issue and it was my responsibility to take care of it at a autobody shop"- yeah brand new car with paint issues? I did go to another autobody shop to get another opinion and when I told Kia that, they connected me with some third party detail guy and again, I had to drive up to Kia to meet him so he could look at it. He was able to buff it out so why the Manager insisted it was a paint issue is beyond me. Come back another time because they told me it was in, sat there for another two hours, and there was NO PIECE. Yet another trip, they said it was fixed and it was not. Another piece they had to order and im still waiting on it since May. I call to check on the status and its on backorder. I just called back this week and now there is NO ORDER. It timed out and I guess I should have known that I have to call back to open a new order LOL I've asked multiple times for the GM to call me and I've had the store manager promise me he would have him call- still waiting on a call since May. You guys want to keep sending me a review to fill out? Happily so I can save someone else the headache. I'll never buy from this dealership again and I will tell everyone to stay away from them Nothing but regret, anger, stress, and money (tolls, gas, time off work) More

I got kinda a hinky vibe from this place when I first walked in. The vehicle I was interested in had flaws that weren’t mentioned online or I wouldn’t have driven an hour to look at it.
