Chris in sales was good to work with during the purchase of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the finance department sold me ceramic coating that wasn't ceramic coating. They lied about the ceramic coating and of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the finance department sold me ceramic coating that wasn't ceramic coating. They lied about the ceramic coating and sold me some xx paint protection plan that I did NOT want. Then when I told them they overcharged me I was told they would call me. They never called to discuss the scam selling of ceramic coating and overcharge of my finances. Then 5 days after picking up the brand new car, the car stopped running. This was not a cheap car and I was told to call GM to have it towed because the dealership couldn't be bothered to fix the vehicle. Terrible service and I would recommend going to a different dealership. More
