I was also unemployed and going to school full time so I was stressed and in no space to think about a car options! Chris Sanders didn’t give up. He patiently followed up with me, checking in and didn't pressure me. I told him when I could start thinking about a car, and he didn’t just walk me through the process… he walked WITH me. Car decisions are so foreign and scary to me and to have someone be patient and walk you through different terms you dont understand, and lease terms, and details without shaming you is the best feeling. Chris wasn't just trying to make a deal, he advocated for me and helped me get into something I could afford…but also could feel safe in. Chris restored my trust in car dealerships. I can honestly say I wasnt sure I would lease a car again, I’ve always wanted to buy moving forward… but if it means I get to work with Chris, leasing will probably be my best interest and yours too! But Chris took all my requests and called me back with payments, terms and even a truck I hadn't considered. I actually ended up going with that one, but a higher trim level.
