I started with Classic Galveston over 3 years ago, but for the 5 years prior I was a Police Officer in the Galveston area. I have always had a passion for performance vehicles and have always had a project of my own but never enjoyed going to dealerships because of the typical pressures of a car buying experience. When I relocated to the Houston area I had the opportunity to work with a Chevrolet Dealership and grew to love it but wanted to be different than all the other salespeople, and bring the fun back into buying a new car. I've grown to love this industry, and I love being back in the Galveston area with all my people! I transferred from Classic Houston to Classic Auto Group Galveston in April of 2018. Being able to work with not only Chevrolet, but Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Ford, Toyota and Honda allows me to spend more time with my customers and be able to compare multiple brands side by side without ya'll having to go dealer to dealer!!

I had the shortest time at the dealership when I went at their busiest day - Saturday. The dealership had all my paperwork ready and I was in and out in less then 20 minutes… couldn’t finish my coffee. Grea their busiest day - Saturday. I’ve purchased 3 of my cars from Chris Santiago over the past few years. Chris is a no BS, straightforward salesman that gives you every detail honest and up front. Short and sweet!!! In the past few weeks, I have visited several dealerships in search of the right car. I was one inch close to finalizing a deal at the first one when In the past few weeks, I have visited several dealerships in search of the right car. I was one inch close to finalizing a deal at the first one when financing fell through because the dealer made a clerical error in recording the mileage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through another dealer just before Christmas, but decided to return it on Christmas Eve because it was not quite right for me. Both times I felt like I was there for what seemed like an eternity just waiting and waiting. And regretfully, the time I spent waiting at both places ended up being a big waste of my time. I was prepared to do more waiting before I got to Classic, but much to my surprise, I didn’t have to wait long at all! My salesman, Chris, was so quick and sweet, he made it easy for me, AND he got me a lower interest rate, too! Car buying never felt better! More
