During an internet search I found the vehicle I was interested in at the "Toy Barn". I performed another internet search on reviews of the dealership. I then proceeded to search every salesman curren interested in at the "Toy Barn". I performed another internet search on reviews of the dealership. I then proceeded to search every salesman currently at Toy Barn. It appeared prior to 2023 the dealership received less than favorable reviews. I can tell you that non-favorable reviews of Toy Barn are a thing of the past. I was greeted by several employees during my visit including mechanics with a smile and all made sure my needs for my visit were met. All current salesman had great ratings (not so for 2023 and earlier on salesman not currently employed by Toy Barn). I chose to speak with Greg McDevitt due to his years of experience and always receiving great reviews. Greg went out to get the vehicle I requested. In the mean time I viewed another vehicle I had always wanted but couldn't afford.. At the conclusion of my test drive quite naturally Greg asked me how I liked it. In my day I was a speed freak but being older now I realized more comfort is a better way to go. So quite honestly I told him I'd be tired of the Porsche 718 in three months. I did ask him about the beauty in the showroom. It was immaculate, low mileage and below KBB. I proceeded to test drive it and after a few days of ceramic coating prep went home with a car I always wanted but never thought I could afford. The next day I decided I didn't want some extra care items that I originally agree to. I called Greg and to be honest thought I would get some push back. Greg didn't even flinch and made the changes. I had him apply the difference to the down payment and it lowered my payment. The Toy Barn is handling acquiring my Plates as well. Since Purchase, prior to the first payment I also decided to pay the vehicle off and Greg stated Toy Barn take care of the process to getting my Title. Greg made the entire process effortless. On many occasions buying a car is like preparing to visit the IRS. Toy Barn was a complete enjoyable experience and I plan on return visits just to look at the many fantastic cars they feature as well as future purchases. Great experience at Toy Barn, with Greg and the many employees I had contact with. More

Our family of four drivers has been exclusively buying and trading vehicles with Greg Mcdevitt and the Toy Barn for more than a decade. We like to change up the fleet often,,and therefore visit the Toy Ba and trading vehicles with Greg Mcdevitt and the Toy Barn for more than a decade. We like to change up the fleet often,,and therefore visit the Toy Barn in person and watch their website for new arrivals regularly. The showroom and entire staff are a welcome relief from high pressure dealers. Their service department is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is great. It's a lot like being at a car museum, or car show everytime we go. I'm not sure how, or why Greg keeps putting up with our craziness, but our experiences just get better and better!!! More

He used intimidation tactics to try to cover up the deception that occurred when I bought a Bentley. He was sarcastic, egotistical, and he physically put his hands on me telling me to pray while he hel deception that occurred when I bought a Bentley. He was sarcastic, egotistical, and he physically put his hands on me telling me to pray while he held my hands. I felt so much fear, confusion and anxiety. At that point I did what he said and as soon as he let my hands go I got out of there. I am in my 60’s and have been an avid collector of vintage and classic cars. This experience just makes me feel sick. I have never had a man try to intimidate an elder as well as having someone put his hands on me. NEVER WORK WITH THIS MAN. He is a predator. More

Where do I begin- my family was a long time fan of Toy Barn. My first purchase from them a couple years ago was exceptional. We've attended multiple events of Toy Barns and always recommended them. Fas Barn. My first purchase from them a couple years ago was exceptional. We've attended multiple events of Toy Barns and always recommended them. Fast forward to today and it's not the same dealership it was years ago. Dealership has lacked any communication when it comes to title and trade-in loan payoff. 11/23 will be 40 days - which Ohio requires dealership to send title. I have received mixed answers - all of them being lies from "previous loan has been paid off" to "pay off is processing" to "Loan will be paid in 24 hours." All within a couple days. Please save your hard earned money and take your business else where! I have heard dealership is going BANKRUPT - which I didn't believe until I've read the multiple reviews of others having the same issue. More

WARNING TOY BARN WON'T SEND YOU TITLE AND THEY DON'T CARE. A lot of people are saying when a car dealer can't get you a title to the car you bought its fraud. I don't know, but a lot of people seem to CARE. A lot of people are saying when a car dealer can't get you a title to the car you bought its fraud. I don't know, but a lot of people seem to have that opinion. I purchased a vehicle from Toy Barn on 03/31/23. I still don't have a title. They promised it by the end of week multiple times, and it never happens. Joe Casa keeps telling me he will "check with staff" and get back to me and doesn't. I am going to have to get my 4th temp tag next week and have had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Make your life easier and don't do business at Toy Barn. They are making their failure my problem and it's a waste of time. More

I bought the cheapest car that Toy Barn will most likely sell this year (with cash) and was treated as such. I had to hound the dealership for the title, with no one returning my calls/emails (Miranda and E sell this year (with cash) and was treated as such. I had to hound the dealership for the title, with no one returning my calls/emails (Miranda and Eduaruo.) Turns out the Sales/finance person didn't record my social security number properly and the title couldn't be processed. I had to repeatedly call the dealership to find out what was going on. Brittany was awful to talk to and would not take my calls or requests seriously with vague answers and not getting a manager involved when it was clear there was an issue. Thankfully, when I finally went into the dealership, Chris was able to help and get this figured out. Hand delivery of the title was a nice touch. This dealership is really cool and full of supercars, so I hate that this was my actual experience with this dealership. Suggestion: put checks and balances in place so someone will reach out appropriately if there is an issue on the dealer application. Also, have someone else answer the main line. More
