Chris took the time to listen to what I wanted and found the Shelby I wanted, Chris set up a test drive at a time that was convienient for me!. I showed up and everything was ready on time as promised. We took a test drive and discussed the purchase as we made our way back to the showroom. From there the rest is history, smooth buying process, smooth working with the finance manager, introduced to service department, I also met ownership, the car was setup for delivery at the time that worked for me. This is the dealership that will work with you from start to finish. I will and have returned to the Toy Barn for future purchases and to look over the great inventory of cars and vehicles on all of the lots. More

We had just left another “HIGH END” dealership and she felt like they didn’t care . But at the Toy Barn we knew this was the experience fitting for such a purchase of a high end vehicle. They all worked diligently to ensure I got the loan with less than perfect credit. Words cannot describe my experience, Jordan and Shawn even called to ensure I was taken care of. If your reading this review please take my advice these guys are the best I’ve ever dealt with and I’m 48 yrs old and have purchased a lot of cars with different dealerships. But it wasn’t only about the car these guys genuinely care about the customer, that’s hard to find. They constantly checked in on me endured I was comfortable, offered drinks and snacks, I mean come who else does that. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most. Now to the car. The Porsche Cayenne GTS I bought was absolutely immaculate, not only was it clean initially, they cleaned it again, the test drive was comfortable, no pressure sales. Listen I just can’t say enough about the TOY BARN, if I could give 10 Stars I would these guys are absolutely top flight. Thanks so very much to all of the guys from the owner Shawn, and asst Jordan to the salesman Rob, Finance Mike, Manger Chris and JK you guys are the best hands down. No BS, straight forward, courteous and professional. I contacted Matt about a vehicle I was interested in taking a look at and also had a trade in. Just over 24 hours later I was signing for the car and driving home, back to Canton. I must say, this was the most pleasant car buying experience i've had. Matt was awesome, I couldn't be happier. Adrian in Finance was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. Bill and Chris were very nice to talk and deal with, even chatting with Lindsey at the front desk about Jeeps was fun. I can see why Toy Barn has such a solid reputation. This place is top notch! Will definitely return in the future! More
