The Toy Barn in Dublin had the car I wanted, a beautiful 2013 Black Grand Touring, Low mileage, hardtop fully loaded. A beautiful car that fit my search and my budget. My salesman, Chris Scott was professional and personal. Calls and text's were returned promptly and the car was prepped and ready when I arrived. I closed up the deal and drove my car home. There was no pressure from my salesman as he just worked to help me nail down the car that I treated myself to for my newly retired status. More

Easy, pressure-free, and FUN From the Cleveland area, found two cars of interest at the Toy Barn. The two were about 10k apart, but wasn't sure which one I'd like. I inquired online about availability and Chris Scott got back to me same day with a phone call. We worked out details of the appointment over the phone and he accommodated a late appointment change with no problem. Being a car nut myself, and with the incredible selection of rare and expensive vehicles on the premises, Chris was happy to let me, a friend, and my friend's son who had tagged along for the trip admire and geek out over all the beautiful machines in the showroom. He even fired up the meanest sounding BMW M3 I've ever heard in my life, just so that we could experience the aural pleasure that 26k worth of engine and exhaust upgrades can bring. I ended up test driving both vehicles, which Chris encouraged me to do, and put no pressure on me to purchase either one, only voicing his desire that I find which one was the right for me, so I could drive off the lot happy with no buyer's remorse. I took a bit of time to make my choice, but once I did, the rest of the purchasing process was a breeze. The car was already attractively priced so not much negotiating was necessary, and Chris cut a few hundred dollars off the price to meet my desired price point with no problem. Chris even gifted my friend's son a scale model Murcielago, which he certainly didn't need to do since my friend didn't purchase anything, but I really appreciated. I spoke with Chris and the manager Justin about future purchases and already have a few ideas lined up for a few years down the road, with Chris and Justin volunteering to help find the perfect version and configuration of my dream car which will be my next purchase. These are car guys at heart, really know their stuff, and love talking all things car. Best experience I've had purchasing a car and no doubt in my mind that I will be buying my next car from Toy Barn. Even if you're not a gearhead, the customer service alone is well worth the trip. You will not be disappointed. More

I worked with Chris through the whole process of purchasing this vehicle. I found him to be very respectful, approachable, honest, patient, knowledgable and a man of his word. His communication via email and phone were excellent and prompt. In person we found him to be attentive and genuine in addition to the qualities I mentioned above. This was a big purchase for us and Chris was sensitive to that. I believe we received a fair trade in value for our car and Chris made the transaction very smooth and comfortable. It was a great experience. In finance, Adrian Crabtree was a pleasure to work with. The paperwork was a very smooth and pressure free process.
