Yan, The salesman who helped us was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our wants and needs and was never pushy. And so we ask Yan what the next level was and he recommended the Grand Cherokee, my wife was very interested in this vehicle and so we test drove it on a Friday night she really likes it Yan was very knowledgeable about both vehicles but we needed to visit about the price and payments a little more than we had planned. So we met Yan Saturday morning to see where we were on price and payments. What I liked about this dealership we did our business with Yan and there wasn’t some high pressure salesman trying to take over his sale. Honestly Yan is the reason we bought a Jeep his personality and professional disposition was the selling point for us. Then we worked with Chris in the finance and paperwork department and he was very friendly and not pushy either. This was one of the quickest new car purchases we had ever made. By 8:00 AM the very next morning, he had my new truck ready to go and even arranged a courtesy vehicle so my family and I could stay mobile while everything was being finalized.
