Lawrence Schulman is our excellent sales person ... the whole 5* experience began with Larry. He shepherded us through every step with courtesy and humor. The VW Service team is always on point with service excellence and provides a great customer expereicnce each and every time I've brought my vehicle in for service. JR and Anthony were instrumental in excellence and provides a great customer expereicnce each and every time I've brought my vehicle in for service. JR and Anthony were instrumental in ensuring my service didn't impact my workday. They always provide excellent communication on what is needed and set clear expectations of how long it will take to complete. Thank you guys for always putting the customer first and making sure my vehicle is running at top performance. With two kids or more in my car most days... it's nice to know the vehicle and service are top-notch!! More

Called in at 2 PM after my brakes failed on the highway - Called VW service and Chris told me to be careful and come in. I did and Chris took 2 minutes to get me in - checked the car's brake system, diagnose Called VW service and Chris told me to be careful and come in. I did and Chris took 2 minutes to get me in - checked the car's brake system, diagnosed it, gave me and estimate and had it all fixed in 40 minutes! Excellent service, great mechanics, and who would believe a dealership would be so helpful and competent with no delays in getting me safely back on the road! Kudos to Chris and the VW service team! More

The service work (track inspection) was done promptly and efficiently and with some genuine friendliness shown by representatives of the dealer.
