Jackie Olson followed up with me every other day and I finally came in to look at the new 2016 Honda Civic. I liked the 4 door I had seen but when I saw the coupe I loved it. I didn't think it would be possible to complete the transaction, I was upside down in my current car with a ridiculously high interest rate. Michael Dichiara was patient, understanding and really helpful. Between he and Dan Jordy there was no way I wasn't driving out in a brand new car with a payment I could manage. I really appreciated them making me feel comfortable and going way above and beyond to make this happen. This was my first new car buying experience, it was seamless and the folks I worked with at Brandon Honda made it look super easy. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again in the future! More

Awesome experience I had taken my previous Honda Fit here for service and always recieved excellent service. Recently I decided to trade in a Smart Car that my father I had taken my previous Honda Fit here for service and always recieved excellent service. Recently I decided to trade in a Smart Car that my father had given me and return to the Honda Fit an excellent car with more space than the Smart Car and more economical to use. Both cars get about the same mileage, but the fit uses regular gas and oil and has affordable maintenance. The Smart Car uses permium gas and can only be serviced by Mercedes and is more expensive to maintain. Also the fit has quite a bit more room. I purchased a 2016 Fit and am extremely happy with the Vehicle the Service and the Dealership experience. More

Went inside where he backed us into a corner and held us at bad credit point...meanwhile the sales manager kept giving me the "evil eye".. Not long after came the loan officer...they knew we had been suckered into the oldest trick in the book. as they were tossing dollars bills at the stippers down 60 all the way to the bank. that is a Sunday I will never forget. Seriously though, AJay the smooth salesman was awesome as the Dan the manager and Chris the numbers guy...couldn't had dealt with a better trio of gentlemen... they earned my business and glad they did. the Pilot is an awesome SUV for the wife and the daughters love the entertainment system on the way to/from school each day. More
