When I had the information I needed and was ready to purchase I went back to him. He helped me get the new vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. She greeted me in person when I arrived at the dealership. Priscilla was knowledgeable and courteous, but not pushy. She highlighted the new features for the 2015 model (we own a 2012 model) and after the test drive, she took my offer to her manager, Gary. Following the paperwork, I was introduced to the Service manager, and we scheduled my first free service. Both Gary and Priscilla worked hard to make my offer acceptable, and I am extremely pleased and satisfied. More
