Car wrecked in service I took my car in for service yesterday not only did it take forever but they wrecked my car! Then acted like it was no big deal charged me for my serv I took my car in for service yesterday not only did it take forever but they wrecked my car! Then acted like it was no big deal charged me for my service didn’t go over what they did or even how my car was wrecked and then made me drive it out of the shop the garage door opened and an employee was trying to come in and was waving me to back up I didn’t know what to do. And then I call today left emails nobody contacted me back and my car is wrecked does it get any worse I ask you! More

Puts their customer first I bought my first car here when I was 16 and was also impressed with my experience then. Today I came in to look at an older vehicle and unfortunately I bought my first car here when I was 16 and was also impressed with my experience then. Today I came in to look at an older vehicle and unfortunately a deal could not be made but both Victoria and Chris the manager told me to trust them to find something for me and they did just that! They asked me what my biggest wishes were and went to work. They ended up finding the car I ended up purchasing yesterday and so far I’m in love. The deal made on the price of the brand new car and our trade in vehicle was perfect. I really liked how they took their time to help me find what I wanted. It made it very personal. I really enjoyed my conversations with Victoria also. Mike from finance was amazing also. He made the process very quick and gave us honest and down to earth information. Kudos to the Jake Sweeney team! More
