My daughter is a first time buyer. I contacted dealership with inquiries and subsequently was contacted by Chris. We drove 45 minutes to look at a car, I told Chris that my daughter wa I contacted dealership with inquiries and subsequently was contacted by Chris. We drove 45 minutes to look at a car, I told Chris that my daughter was interested in. We arrived at the dealership, asked for Chris. He walks up to us, not a handshake, not a smile but as if we had just interrupted his nap. He tells us the car has sold. We asked if we could look at something else. He said we could follow him to their used lot. We get to the used lot, he parks about 6 cars below us. We get out, he never walks up to us, he just starts walking and pointing to cars. He could have cared less if we wanted to look, test drive or anything else. He tells us, if they get anything, he will give us a call and that was it! He was done and walked back to his car. I have never experienced anything like this. He was rude and seemed as if we were bothering him by being there. I’m sorry Allen Turner but, I would never purchase a car from you due to this experience. It was very off putting. More

I have never had such a speedy and uncomplicated car purchase! We walked in and completed the purchase in about 30 minutes, could not have gone more smoothly!
