My buying experience Brown Daub KIA was the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years. The price was very reasonable and I didn't feel the need to go back-and-forth negotiating I felt they w buying experience I've had in 30 years. I can't say enough good things about Brian Mitchell. I had an issue with Chris Sorrentino. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, while the paperwork was being drawn up, Chris came out to the vehicle whi had an issue with Chris Sorrentino. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, while the paperwork was being drawn up, Chris came out to the vehicle while Brian was walking me through the features to offer me the 10 yr bumper to bumper protection plan or the tire and wheel plan without saying the tire and wheel plan was a 5 year plan. All he presented were two figures on a notepad. I agreed to purchase the tire and wheel plan thinking it was a 10 yr plan. I found out at the end of the process that it was only a five year plan and felt like I had been tricked. At that point I had no desire to undo the deal which seems to be the point of the obfuscation. Not cool Chris!! That is the only reason I declined to recommend the dealership. Also a 3 start rating infers that one shouldn't be too trusting. More
