Not good until I got to Andrew the Service Manager. First took the car in to have transmission checked. Picked it up the next day wit no mention of the transmission but an estimate of 6200 for new axle First took the car in to have transmission checked. Picked it up the next day wit no mention of the transmission but an estimate of 6200 for new axles and other stuff. No way!! Got home, looked up recall and there was a recall on the transmission. No info on estimate I picked up. Finally after 2 months I call for service manager and get Andrew. He immediately had me bring it in!! Kept it over a week, worked with the Hyundai corporate and had a new transmission put in at 95/5. This is my 3 Hyundai. One with 167 thousand. ( 2 trees fell on it). One with 237 ( used a quart of oil every 4 weeks) then this one. I am a loyal customer. I can't thank Andrew enough for taking the time with me to let me know my value as his customer. I will continue to recommend Tameron Hyundai and the Service Manager, Andrew to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. Again. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions. My baby is up and running and she's glad being safely in the basement. Again thank you. More
