If you are female do not take your car here! I took my 06 Corvette with 80,000 miles in for routine service on ABS, Active handling, tire monitors, brake sensors, an estimate on tires and to see if they coul Corvette with 80,000 miles in for routine service on ABS, Active handling, tire monitors, brake sensors, an estimate on tires and to see if they could fix the rear view mirror because the cheap plastic splines were stripped. Next thing I know I need a new shift assembly, rearview mirror needs replaced, steering wheel needs something, wiring, brakes and rotors and the list keeps growing. They did agree to match the price on the tires with American Tires but that’s only $1,500 of the $6,100 and growing bill! For a $70,000 car it’s a piece of crap. They make it sound unsafe to drive so I am stuck with repairing it in order to feel safe on the road. And for a disabled senior woman with Lupus safety is paramount. I can not afford to get stuck on the road waiting for a tow truck. I can not help but think if my husband would have taken the car in things would have turned out very differently. So am I getting screwed because I brought in a Corvette or because a woman brought in a car for what should have been a simple service job? More

This guy is a jerk I am overall very pleased with my truck and Paradise Chevrolet. However, this guy is a jerk. His attitude is so bad I switched advisors and now work w I am overall very pleased with my truck and Paradise Chevrolet. However, this guy is a jerk. His attitude is so bad I switched advisors and now work with Sean. One time I brought my truck in for a noise it was making when turning and going over bumps and he had such a condescending attitude. I'd advise anyone to not deal with this guy. More

Advisor couldn’t care that we have been loyal customers for past 5 years when bought 2 vehicles at same time Service manager had condescending attitude also, where has the customer service gone! More

Working with Friends We have been customers since 2011 when we purchased our 2011 Colorado. As our Malibu was in for Service to determine next fixes Chris was very good in helping us determine that it was too expensive to throw money at this old car. Denny was on the ball helping us narrow our choices down. Becky we have known for years through church. She was fast friendly and effective at getting us a good deal on the 2018 Colorado we wound up buying. I look forward to working with them when our 2011 Colorado needs to be upgraded. More
