Brad our sales rep was amazing, not pushy and gave us our space to decide what we wanted to do but also supplied valuable information with out us asking. Who ever is above Brad was willing to negotiate a little on the price, not as much as I would have like but he still negotiated which is hard to do at any dealer these days. I would absolutely recommend Brad at frisco cdjr. We walked in at 10am and were driving away by 1pm. 3 hours is fast for all the dealers I have been to in my life.
