Salesman and support staff were great sales manager was clueless. After the sale was made on Saturday, we were told by the salesman that he was on vacation the following week. He did contact us on his vac clueless. After the sale was made on Saturday, we were told by the salesman that he was on vacation the following week. He did contact us on his vacation day (Monday) that the part we asked for had ordered. That it should arrive in 1 day. After waiting til Friday, we called to find out that it had been installed on Wednesday and Keys were on sales managers desk. I was informed that the truck would ready for pick up when we arrived. When arrived nothing was ready Spent an hour sitting waiting for it completed More

Very nice to work with including Mr. Tesmmer. I got home however the carpeting was very stained. I had to use carpet cleaner and scrub. It did not notice that when I picked up the car, i Tesmmer. I got home however the carpeting was very stained. I had to use carpet cleaner and scrub. It did not notice that when I picked up the car, it was ceramic coated inside and out. I’m surprised nobody noticed the stains were like sprayed on not from dirty feet or anything. More
