I ended up making and agreeing to a deal over phone and told the sales manager I would be there in the afternoon to pick it up that I actually lived over a hour away and I had someone doing some work at my house and could not leave yet and he said that was not a problem. Got there in the afternoon to find out they sold the vehicle out from under me with out any concern for me or my time. More

From the time my wife and I arrived until the time we left with our new vehicles, we were treated with the greatest respect and provided with great service. The atmosphere is both professional and relaxed. There was no tension and none of the typical "games" that many dealerships use. It was, absolutely, the best purchasing experience... probably even better than when I sold myself a vehicle because I do talk to myself, and probably argued ! I actually wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, but they reached out to me to say that they This was my third new car purchase from Van York Honda. I actually wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, but they reached out to me to say that they needed my vehicle and would pay top dollar on a trade. I decided to make a visit to the dealership and we made a deal. They gave me a great price on the new vehicle and more than I thought I could get on my trade. As it turned out, the new vehicle (2016 Pilot) wasn't available anywhere in the region, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for one to be shipped from the factory. The salesman, J.W. Willoughby, delivered it to my home, the ultimate in customer service. I would enthusiastically recommend Van York to others. It isn't the closest Honda dealer to my home, but for me, it's well worth the drive. More
