courteous, friendly good service everytime i take my vehicle to have it serviced but only had one bad experience with them and that was the amount of time it took to do the 50,000 mile servcie to chang vehicle to have it serviced but only had one bad experience with them and that was the amount of time it took to do the 50,000 mile servcie to change the spark plugs and transmission fluid, was told it would take 2 1/2 hours and it took 5 and a half hours.
